A Long Short Week

It’s been one of those weeks. My days are all messed up. But one good thing is it’s almost Friday. :)

Well I have stayed with my exercising this week so far. I done 50 minutes treadmill on Tuesday, Wed. 15 elliptical, 10 bike , and 20 treadmill, I just couldn’t make up my mind what I wanted to do that day. But today I done 50 minutes on the treadmill with weights in hand. I am trying to get my arms in shape also. I don’t want it to look like old women arms, I am to young for that :) . So hopefully tomorrow I will stay motivated and continue my workout this week. I am going to mix it up a little on Sat. and try P90X. We will see how that goes.

    I can’t wait to hear how you like P90X – which workout are you doing?

    Also, I got my calorie counting book at Barnes and Noble. It was a bit pricey, but hopefully that will make me use it!
