Well I really don’t think P90x is for me. I am not going to give up completly on it, but I will have to cut it back for me. I am having a hard time making threw the entire hour. So I will do what I can and we will see. I am a little sore, maybe should stick with 30 day shred. I will have to see what works for me.

The weekend has been good. Just tired and need to rest a little before the week start.

A Long Short Week

It’s been one of those weeks. My days are all messed up. But one good thing is it’s almost Friday.

Well I have stayed with my exercising this week so far. I done 50 minutes treadmill on Tuesday, Wed. 15 elliptical, 10 bike , and 20 treadmill, I just couldn’t make up my mind what I wanted to do that day. But today I done 50 minutes on the treadmill with weights in hand. I am trying to get my arms in shape also. I don’t want it to look like old women arms, I am to young for that . So hopefully tomorrow I will stay motivated and continue my workout this week. I am going to mix it up a little on Sat. and try P90X. We will see how that goes.

That’s me, I had a perm put in this weekend and lord why can I learn, it always causes BIG HAIR!

Now for the back fat.. yuk yuk is all i can say. I have got to get back to a exercise that will help rid me of that. I don’t like it at all. AT all. Now it’s time for me to really take action. I am not playing around any more I am going to go full force. It’s my life and I want to live healthy. Not with high blood pressure or feeling bad all the time. So it’s time for MARIE Steadmuffin to step up to the plate. I love me ,, but I am not liking the way I looked when I looked in the mirror today. So time to change.

Biggest Loser Fitness Challenge!

Well they sent out and email at work yesterday that July 14 th they are kicking off the Biggest Loser Challenge, all though I think it’s a good thing to get people motivated, it’s not a good thing for us that go into the gym EVERYDAY. This will be the time for a few weeks when everyone decides to go to the gym, it want last long but it will happen. Hopefully it want to be so hot I can’t get outside during this time. It is going to be interesting to know what it’s all about this time. They are supposed to send out more info next week.

And ofcourse you allways have those people that tell you everyday “I am going to start walking with you, just not today but I am going to start”.. yeah right. Needless to say I don’t wait on anyone but my friend ILKA Mae, and since she’s been out I going it alone. It’s nice to have some time out of here , but it’s also kinda of boring by yourself. Ilka hurry back . I am sticking with it.

Boy was it HOT out today!! I walked but it was at least 90 out. I did get a workout for sure

I am sure Iam conveniecd that I want to find a ice cream diet. Anyone know of one? I am sure if that’s all I eat I would have to lose weight. I need some thoughts on that one?

I LOVE ICE CREAM AND COULD STICK TO THAT ONE.

I just take spells to blog. I just hate blogging about the same thing, so I tend to wait until something new comes to mind! Well today’s that day.

I had a really good day with Tommy and Jen. We went to church and went out for lunch and went shopping. I love it when we can all spend a little time together. Yesterday we spent time with my family and his. My nephews birthday party was yesterday and then last night we all took Tommy’s mom out for her birthday. Needless to say I haven’t had much really exercise this weekend, except for running through the sprinkler with a few 2 year olds. That will wear you out. But I had a blast.

I been thinking a lot about this whole exercise thing, I know it’s good to do and it does make you feel better. But for a lot of people it doesn’t matter how they look on the outside if you are not happy with yourself inside the whole thing is nothing. I love me no matter how much I weigh, now I might not like how I look and want to change that, but I always will know I love me. I am happy with me. You can have people tell you over and over how good you look but if you have that nasty attitude eventually you will be just that a shell. The most beautiful people can be the ugliest just because of there attitude. I have been around quit a few people who are that way. And then I have had the joy of being around people who are just a delight to be around. That’s just been on my mind lately.

Oh well off my soapbox ,. holer at ya later peeps.

Monday was just a rough day, and didn’t have time to exercise.

Tuesday well AMR day , i do good to take a pee.

Wed. we had celebrations so that blew that.

So finally today I got to walk outside for a while. But it’s not the same without my friend. I burned 412 calories which was a good thing.

Now time to go work on the pool.

We found out today that a friend of ours had a motorcycle wreak on Friday and he is in Intensive care with bleeding on his brian. It’s not looking good . but it’s in Gods hands I just pray he will pull threw, he’s only 30 and him and his wife were trying to have a child. Life can be taken so quickly. And older man pulled out in front of him on hwy 11. and it threw him off the bike, he was wearing a helmet but I am not sure if at this point it matter.

Graduation Finally Over

Well we are finally done with Graduation. GO JEN!! Again we are so proud of her.

Ok vacation almost over YUK.. Where did it go? What did I get done? NOTHING.. Seems like everyday has flown bye. 2 more days and then back to the old same ole same ole.

Oh well got to go get my shopping list ready and get ready for bed.

Well Day 5 boy my vacation is almost over YUK..

Well today was great , Jen graduated from USC Pharmacy with honors. We are so proud.

Lunch went good, Tommy didn’t kill anyone and was very nice to everyone. Of course he cried , his baby graduated. At least his shoes didn’t come apart at this one Ha Ha. We have one more on friday and she will be completely out of school , I told her welcome to the real world.

Wow this week is about gone. Mom’s appointment changed to friday for the MRI so I am not sure what’s going to happen with that, she is refusing to have the surgery so I am not sure what will happen. I need all the prayers on that one that I can get. Her arm will never be useful if she don’t, but she’s scared to death. Breaks my heart.

Well I am tired and going to watch a little TV before bed.
